Complaint Policy
Fundamental Therapy Solutions mandates that they will “ensure the welfare of the consumer and to protect the reputation and integrity of the professions”—including protection from discrimination our clients/patients/students and their families. In the event of any complaint in any aspect of discrimination in any form, Donna Sterkowitz-Lastra, Continuing Education Administrator, has been and will be the arbiter of all formal complaints by either consumer or employee, and will abide by all federal, state, and local laws thereof, using the ASHA Code of Ethics as a foundation. Complaints must be filed in writing and then will be responded to in writing within 1 week, and then a formal Zoom meeting will be held if the complaint is not satisfied. If no resolution is agreed to, a professional mediator will be included dependent on the type of complaint.
